In order to help make your Online Banking experience even more secure, Citizens Bank Minnesota is implementing a new security feature to help safeguard against unauthorized access to your accounts through Online Banking.
Beginning November 28th, 2012 when you login to Online Banking you will be asked to establish a personal image and three security questions. Once this one time set-up is complete, you will see that personal image appear each time you login, allowing you to verify that you are at the correct website and continue into Online Banking as you did before.
