Your Online Banking ID and PIN Number provide added security. Once you have signed up, you will receive an Online Banking ID and PIN (Personal Identification Number).
You will be required to change your PIN the first time you use Online Banking. You can easily change both your Online Banking ID and your PIN number anytime you would like. In fact, as an added security measure, we encourage you to do so.
Three incorrect log-in attempts will lock your account from Online Banking usage. Once you begin an Online Banking session, ten minutes of inactivity will cause you to be automatically logged out.

E-Statement Enrollment Process
1. Login to your Online Banking at www.citizensmn.com
2. Click on 'Go Green'
3. Complete Enrollment Steps 1-5
- You must click in the Disclosure and Agreement box to read and scroll all the way to the bottom before you are allowed to proceed.
4. Click Enroll Now
Congratulations! Your enrollment is now complete and you are eligible to win one of five $100 Gift Cards to a local business of your choice if completed by May 31, 2013.
5. Visit the 'Go Green' tab within Online Baking to view your future enhanced E-Statements and Notifications
